Hi, I’m Daisy — Licensed Massage Therapist & founder of Aura Recovery. With over 8 years of experience, I focus on functional wellness, recovery, and long-term mobility. My sessions blend Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai, and mobility work to create personalized bodywork that actually changes how you move and feel. Whether you’re training hard, dealing with tension, or just need to reset, my goal is to help you move better, recover faster, and feel balanced again. CANCELLATION POLICY
Intake Form Policy All clients must complete and maintain an up-to-date intake form prior to receiving services. This ensures each session is safe, personalized, and effective. All information is kept confidential. Failure to complete required forms may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled. ⸻ Deposit & Booking Requirements A valid debit or credit card is required to book and remain on file for all clients. If a deposit and/or required intake forms are not completed within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be automatically canceled. ⸻ Session Timing Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. • Arriving early does not guarantee an earlier start time. • Choosing to end your session early does not result in added time, credit, or refund. • If you arrive early, I will begin at the scheduled time when possible, and the session will still end as planned out of respect for other clients. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes: your appointment will be rescheduled. • If you arrive within the grace period: your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. ⸻ Payment Policy No deposit is required; however, a valid card must be on file. Remaining balances may be paid via card or tap-to-pay only. Cash is not accepted on the premises. ⸻ Cancellation / No-Show Policy Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or no-call/no-shows, will result in a 30% charge to the card on file. This also applies to rescheduling without proper communication. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion.
